Historic Coblestone Farm

October 30, 2010.

Kat, Bev, and The Highland Ghost Hunters conducted an overnight investigation at Historic Cobblestone Farm, which is included in "Haunted Travels of Michigan" Volume II.

In an informal setting, we shared our experiences during the investigationand pointed out the locations where some of the most facinating evidence was collected. Then, folks enjoyed the farm, toured the mid 1800's historic home, and strolled the scenic grounds.

Our October 23rd Event at the Holly Hotel sold out and was a great success!  By popular demand, a second event was held on Friday the 13th in November, 2009.  Many joined us at one of the most haunted locations in Michigan, The Historic Holly Hotel!
Thanks to all of the Highland Ghost Hunters members, to the ladies of Haunted Travels, the Holly Hotel, and everyone that attended!  Without everyones effort and attendance, it would not have been such a fantastic two evenings!

Congrats to the six "T-shirt" raffle ticket winners, and of course the two "Private Ghost Hunt" raffle ticket winners.  We can't wait to have those folks and their guests participate with our next spring Paranormal Investigation!

These are some comments from our friends/winners that joined us last night for the Pre-Screening:

Just wanted to let you guys know that I had a great time tonight, was so good to see you all, the movie was awesome.
Thanks and talk soon
Annette

I enjoyed it very much! Thank you!!
Norma

Thank you-thank you!!! We has so much fun last night.  Getting out to a movie in mid-week is a nice break in the regular, rather borning work week.  Bev, Chris and I really did enjoy the movie ... even though a burned kid kept trying to suck my breath and spew plasma ga-ga over me all last night (LOL)!  Thanks again, for thinking of us and allowing us to share the evening with you.
Kat

I LOVED THE MOVIE!! so thanx for the tickets,we are in the midst of some financial stuff right now and so we normally would not have been able to go to something like that,so it was nice to have a night out with my guy.  Keep in touch.ttys

A Special Thanks to Dr. Swave & Charming Wife

Over the years, the Highland Ghost Hunters has received numerous emails from fans containing positive comments and feedback towards our group.  Recently the Founders of H.G.H., Jennifer Marcus and Lisa Mann, met with a delightful couple that had a strong fascination with the paranormal.  Not only were they a pleasure to meet with, but they displayed their interest and delicate skills of artistic work through a creation they made personally for H.G.H to display at the

"Return to The Whitney" event held on Friday the 13th of March, 2009.

We sincerely thank you Dave and Rhonda for introducing yourselves to us and providing us with this encredible piece of artwork!  To view more of Dr. Swave's creations, please visit his MySpace page at: www.myspace.com/drswave13.com

Thanks again for everything!

A Success at The Whitney

After a two night investigation was conducted, the Whitney Event hosted by Haunted Travels and HGH on Oct. 25, 2008 turned out to be a huge success!  With a total over 230 guests and over 100 folks on a waiting list, there is a good possibility that we'll have another event such as this at The Whitney next year.  We'll keep everyone updated as the time gets closer.

The 3 course dinner was incredible and the presentation containing paranormal evidence found at The Whitney captured everyones attention.  At the end of the evening 4 separate tour groups were able to take photos and use video and/or audio equipment in hopes of capturing paranormal evidence of their own.  Folks, please keep us updated on any possible findings you may have come across.

There were 10 winners from the 'T-Shirt or Book' raffle drawing, and 1 lucky lady (plus a guest of her choice) who won the raffle for a 'Private Ghost Hunt with HGH'.
Congratulations to all of you!

We again would like to give special thanks to The Whitney, Kat and Bev from Haunted Travels, the entire HGH group, MPI, and of course everyone that attended this successful event.  Without all of you, this would have never been possible.

We kindly thank all of you from the bottoms of our hearts!

A Special Thanks to Kat and Bev, From the Heart

As many of you may know, HGH has been working with Kat and Bev, authors for TR Desktop Publishing. Their current project involves them conducting joint-investigations with paranormal groups here in Michigan for the new book "Haunted Travels of the Michigan Vacation Guide". They have placed a new video on their MySpace page containing clips of photographs, investigation scenes and breif history descriptions from a 19th century mansion we've recently investigated together.
